I've been going to this place since 2005. I've never been disappointed. They performed difficult broken bolt extractions on my exhaust manifold and in their usual manner, it was done in a timely and professional manner. I had the vehicle back by the afternoon. This is a van where access to the bolts required rotating the engine. Thank you Empire Auto!
I was a little worried about bringing my car in for some squeaks and noises and was very surprised by the results, They took it for a test drive and found gravel in the wheel and a nail in my tire , No charge except for the tire repair and a list of things to watch for in the future...I will always take my SUV there as they were more interested in helping me than charging up my credit card
